The four pillars

Org chart — departments, roles, and ownership. Not a swarm of identical bots, but specialists with defined responsibilities.
The loop — the ten-stage path every request travels, from outcome to done.
Memory — six layers of knowledge, from a single employee's domain up to company-wide standards, that make the company improve the longer it works for you.
Trust levels — five settings, per project, that decide how much the company does on its own before pausing for you.
