Autonomy & trust levels
Decide how much the company does on its own — per project — across five levels.
Trust levels decide how much rope to give the company. You set them per project and change them whenever you like.
The five levels
- Manual — observes and remembers.
- Suggest — proposes, never acts.
- Assist — opens PRs, then pauses for you.
- Delegate — runs on its own and escalates only the exceptions.
- Autonomous — outcome to done, hands-off.
